setting my intention…

the purpose of this blog is to get back into healthier habits after a long stint of not sharing my health and wellness journey in a public forum.

my reason for sharing what’s going on with my health journey is to hold myself more accountable and just be open with what i’m currently working on and where i need to get better.

after a relaxing and recharging vacation with my husband to visit our friend down south and essentially eating our way through the week mixed in with a lot of walking…after taking a look at the numbers on the scale when we arrived home…it’s time for me to start cleaning up how i’m eating and moving everyday.

i’m at the tail end of my thirties, so i’m hoping to make my forties better than this past decade.
